LSE Architects is currently working with Pillsbury United Communities and Supervalue on the repositioning of an existing 15,000 square foot building in the Webber Park neighborhood in North Minneapolis. Included in the project scope is a 5,000 square foot addition to the existing building, to provide a long anticipated grocery store to this North Minneapolis neighborhood. The grocery area, totaling 15,000 square feet will include dry goods, produce, dairy, frozen foods and meat market. The balance of the building will involve a tenant buildout for a health and wellness clinic.
Construction is scheduled to begin in April 2017 with a grand opening set for late fall 2017. The overall project construction budget is $2.7 million.
