Grand Falls Casino & Hotel
Opened on June 9, 2010, this project was built in less than a year and designed in six months. The 200 acre site includes a 268,000 SF casino resort, a four-story hotel, an 18-hole golf course designed by Reese Jones, and a 12 acre man-made lake with a 33 foot high stone waterfall. The casino features 900 gaming machines, center bar, show lounge, 14,000 SF event center, spa, golf club house, and a variety of dining facilities with a 300 seat buffet. Faced with golden-hued Kasota stone and copper panels around a welcoming glass façade at the entry, the project includes sustainable geothermal wells to assist with heating, efficient displacement ventilation systems, and locally sourced building materials.
