Coralville Student Housing

LSE provided master planning and architectural services for a new 500 unit student housing development in downtown Coralville, Iowa. The site is located adjacent to the University of Iowa’s main campus, providing students with a state of the art housing/mixed use facility within walking distance to their classes. A mixture of unit types allows for a variety of student housing offerings. The site also includes a hotel, restaurant, retail and service tenants as added amenities for the student residents and surrounding neighborhoods.
