In the firm, Keon has demonstrated outstanding leadership in his work with key clients in the Education, Community, and Multi-family Housing markets. In the profession, Keon strives to expand equity and diversity in the field as a Minnesota Architectural Foundation board member, as an Architectural Youth Program facilitator and as a U of MN SEAM Program Intro to Architecture Instructor.  In the community, Keon lends both his time and leadership to several Scholarship Foundations, including the Jackie Robinson Foundation, U of MN Kirby Puckett Scholarship, and the Clarence Wigington Minority Architectural Scholarship.
