Regional Acceleration Center

The Regional Acceleration Center is a 7 level mixed use urban development (2 levels below grade) on a limited 1.4 Acres located at Penn and Plymouth Avenue North in Minneapolis. The development consists of 70,000 gross square feet commercial speculative office space with a green roof terrace adjacent to the commercial space, community conference rooms, 12,000 square feet of street level retail/service/restaurant and a 620 car parking structure. This complex was taken through the City of Minneapolis Commitee of the Whole and Preliminary Development Review processes in record time under the leadership of LSE Architects.

The new building in partnership with Thor Construction, Hennepin County, local community leaders and other financial partners, anchors the corner of Penn and Plymouth Avenue North. The project aims to be a symbol of strength and optimism, working in collaboration with the community to foster economic opportunities, growth and a stronger sense of community in the neighborhood.
